Through gentle yet powerful techniques — including fascial unwinding, organ massage, breathwork, attuned touch, and energy work — your body enters a deeply relaxed parasympathetic state.

Book a complimentary 30 minute consultation call below. On the call, we’ll chat through your situation and what you want support with, I’ll tell you more about Somatic Bodywork, answer any questions you may have, as well as share the different options for working together.
Experience Somatic Bodywork in a one-off session (this will be booked on the call). The sessions are at Nest for Soul in Punavuori.
After the one-off session, you have the option to invest in ongoing work. Please read the descriptions of the different options below to see what would best fit your needs. We’ll also chat through these in your first session.

Prior to the session I'd recommend drinking plenty of water and wearing comfortable clothes. Other than that, there's nothing you have to do to prepare.
All sessions are different and tailored to the individual. However, typically we start with a conversation on how you're feeling, the change you've experienced since the session prior, any challenges or specific pain points, how your body is feeling etc.
After the initial discussion, we'll continue with Somatic Bodywork. During the session you'll lie down, relax, breathe and receive. Often, people enter a deep relaxed almost sleep-like recovery state.
After the session we'll have time for a short chat on anything that came up during the session, aftercare and any practices I'd recommend in-between sessions to support your process.

The number of sessions varies depending on your intention, situation and state. Some clients feel significant shifts after 3 sessions (this is my recommended minimum), while others may choose to continue longer for deeper transformation and ongoing support.
